Order handling
In-stock orders are prepared for shipment after payment or other required approval. Handling time may be longer for customized, made-to-order, bulk, pre-order or supplier-direct products.
Shipping methods and rates
Available shipping methods and charges depend on destination, order value, quantity, weight, dimensions and the shipping rules configured for the store. Any free-shipping promotion applies only when its stated conditions are met.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, remote destinations, peak-season demand and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is provided, use the Track Order page or carrier link. Tracking scans can take time to appear after a label is created.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete delivery address and contact details. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery or repeated delivery attempts may be the customer responsibility where permitted by law.
International shipping
International shipments may be subject to customs review, duties, taxes or brokerage charges. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these destination charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Lost or damaged shipments
Contact us promptly if tracking shows an unusual delay or if a package arrives visibly damaged. Keep the packaging and provide photos when requested so that we can work with the carrier or supplier.
