Return window
Unless a product page states a different period, eligible standard products may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Mandatory consumer cancellation or return rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply where applicable.
Return eligibility
Items should generally be returned in substantially the condition received, with accessories, manuals and packaging where reasonably possible. We may reduce a refund where permitted by law if value has been diminished by use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Items that may be excluded
Customized or personalized products, made-to-order goods, hygiene-sensitive goods after opening, perishable items, digital goods after delivery, final-sale goods and other legally permitted exclusions may not be returnable for change of mind. Defective or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately under applicable law and warranty terms.
Start a return
Contact us before sending a return. Include your order number, item, reason and relevant photos. We will provide the correct return address and instructions if the return is approved.
Return shipping
Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return, product terms and applicable law. Do not send collect-on-delivery returns unless we have agreed to that method.
Inspection and refunds
Returned items may be inspected before a refund is finalized. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times can apply after a refund is submitted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us promptly with photos and order details. Depending on the circumstances and applicable rights, available remedies may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, refund or another agreed solution.
